Project Technician
Bring your energy to Aggreko as Project Technician based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. You’ll be involved in the maintenance, repair, and commissioning of specialized gas power generation equipment, specifically Jenbacher gas engines. Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. We keep our customers’ worlds on. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.
Whatyou’ll do as Project Technician:
- Perform routine mechanical servicing activities and general equipment maintenance in line with operating procedures and SWI.
- Carryout fault finding / repair on Aggreko equipment.
- Support on requirement for Installation and Commissioning activities
- Working to the high-quality standards of the business and escalating quality issues when they arise
- Experienced in operations/technical projects
- Knowledge of Project Operations Procedures.
- Experience Working in Gas and Diesel generators.
- Preferred INNIO Certificated minimum FTB/FTA
- Understand and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience of working on electrical fitting/wiring would also be desirable but not essential.
- Specialized Diploma/Vocational Training
- Able to work under pressure and deliver tasks on time, to a high level of quality and accuracy, with strong attention to detail.
- HV-AP is a plus factor but not essential
