- Perform routine maintenance of HV substations and associated electrical equipment
. - Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in substations and high-voltage systems.
- Conduct inspections and testing of electrical components and systems to identify defects and prevent failures.
- Monitor the performance and condition of HV substations and report abnormalities.
- Operate and manage electrical systems during planned and unplanned outages to minimize downtime.
- Support emergency maintenance and fault restoration activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate safety measures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, repairs, and emergency incidents.
- Prepare reports on the condition and performance of substations and related systems.
- Recommend improvements to maintenance procedures and operational practices.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical safety standards, regulations, and O&M procedures

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
. - Relevant experience in HV electrical systems, substations, and electrical maintenance
. - Experience troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical systems.
- Strong technical understanding of high-voltage equipment and components.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within an O&M team.
