Site Engineer

We are looking for a Site Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in High Rise Buildings to oversee site activities, ensure project execution as per specifications, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license.

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct site inspections, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Identify and resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and material records.
• Ensure proper implementation of project specifications and engineering drawings.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of site engineering experience in high rise buildings.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and safety standards.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, site-based environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is a plus.
