Drilling Engineer; Saudi Arabia

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Drilling Engineer to join our client in Saudi Arabia, a prominent player in the Oil & Gas sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with challenging drilling projects, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing drilling programs, optimizing drilling performance, and ensuring rigorous adherence to safety and environmental standards.

Collaboration with geologists, reservoir engineers, and drilling teams to develop innovative drilling solutions will be essential.

• Design and implement comprehensive drilling programs.
• Optimize drilling operations to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to create strategic well plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Analyze drilling performance data and recommend improvements.
• Oversee drilling activities and provide technical guidance to field teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in drilling engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong understanding of drilling technologies and equipment.
• Proficiency in drilling software and data interpretation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to reside and work in Saudi Arabia and travel to field locations as necessary.
