Senior Structural Engineer; Developer​/Consultant-side

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer for a government affiliated entity based in the UAE.

Salary – 15,000 - 20,000 AED/month + benefits

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• 12–15 years of structural design and construction experience
• Sharjah Municipality certified Structural Engineer
• Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, SAP
  2000, AutoCAD, Revit
• In-depth knowledge of ACI, BS, Eurocodes, and UAE regulatory frameworks
• Proven ability to lead VE exercises, coordinate with consultants, and manage site interfaces

• Review structural designs and lead value engineering (VE) to enhance cost and performance across precast, steel, PT, and RCC systems.
• Ensure compliance with Sharjah Municipality and international structural codes (ACI, BS, Eurocode, UBC).
• Coordinate structural integration with architectural, MEP, infrastructure, and construction teams.
• Evaluate material proposals, shop drawings, and connection details for feasibility and constructability.
• Supervise on-site structural works and resolve discrepancies between design and execution.
• Support tender and procurement reviews for structural BOQs, vendor proposals, and scope alignment.
• Participate in structural inspections, certification processes, and as-built documentation review during handover.
• Maintain VE records, technical logs, and regulatory documentation for audit and quality compliance

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural engineering activities across design, tender, and construction phases of real estate development projects.
