Job Title: Swimming Pool & Landscaping Project/ Site Engineer

Location: Sharjah UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

• To lead, plan, manage, and deliver all swimming pool and landscaping projects from inception to handover, ensuring timely completion, budget control, compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and client satisfaction. The role involves coordination between design teams, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure seamless execution of all project activities.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, work programs, manpower allocation, and procurement plans.
• Review all technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements before execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure quality workmanship.
• Manage site teams including supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors to achieve daily targets.
• Resolve technical issues on mechanical, civil, structural, and MEP integration for pools and landscape systems.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of:
• Swimming pool structure, waterproofing, and finishes
• Filtration and MEP systems (pumps, piping, controls)
• Softscapes and hardscapes
• Irrigation systems and drainage networks
• Lighting and landscaping features (water features, pergolas, paving, etc.)
• Prepare BOQ validations, quantity tracking, and cost monitoring.
• Provide weekly progress updates, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Expert knowledge in swimming pool construction, waterproofing, and MEP systems.
• High understanding of landscaping elements, soft/hard materials, and irrigation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Landscape Engineering.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in swimming pool and landscaping project execution (UAE/GCC preferred).
