Civil Site Engineer

Orbit ISS is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee safe, timely, and quality execution of civil works on onshore oil & gas projects. The role involves supervising site activities, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing HSE standards, and supporting schedule and productivity targets.

• Supervise execution of earthworks, concrete, underground, and structural works
• Enforce HSE standards and promote strong safety culture at site
• Implement approved method statements, ITPs, and quality requirements
• Monitor daily progress, prepare look-ahead plans, and support schedule adherence
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other disciplines to resolve site issues
• Manage direct manpower and resources for self-performed works
• Ensure compliance with Construction Execution Plan, LGMS, and company policies

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (minimum)
• 10+ years’ experience in onshore oil & gas / petrochemical projects
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and standards (ACI, ASTM, BS/EN)
• Good communication and coordination skills
