We are looking for a motivated Graduate Project Manager - Emirati National with an academic background in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management to join our Integrated Design Leadership team within the Property & Buildings division. This role provides the opportunity to support the delivery of innovative, sustainable, and multidisciplinary design projects from concept through construction.
You will work alongside experienced project leaders, gaining exposure to high-profile projects and developing strong project coordination and delivery skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, organisation, and coordination of large, multidisciplinary design projects.
- Support the tracking of project scope, deliverables, and contractual requirements to ensure accurate execution.
- Assist in preparing project schedules, action logs, and resource plans.
- Help ensure project workflows align with overall programme milestones.
- Coordinate day-to-day interactions with engineering and architectural disciplines.
- Facilitate communication by sharing updates, priorities, and actions with internal project teams.
- Support project leads in client and stakeholder communication.
- Assist with coordination between internal teams and relevant authorities to ensure alignment and secure required approvals.
- Support the review of design documentation to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.
- Help monitor project risks, issues, and progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Participate in internal and external project meetings, contributing to collaborative problem-solving and decision-making.
- Assist in preparing project reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and documentation.
- Support the delivery of the Business Unit (BU) strategy, including sustainability and innovation initiatives.
- Identify potential business development or client engagement opportunities and share them with the team.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in architecture, engineering, and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Understanding of integrated design and multidisciplinary project delivery processes.
- Familiarity with design tools and project management software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively, prioritise work, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a collaborative team setting.
