Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking a Technical Assessor to evaluate operational risks, regulatory compliance, and investment exposure associated with a 10MW Waste Heat Recovery plant acquisition in the UAE. The role involves translating technical findings into structured risk ratings for executive‑level decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities- Apply Technical Risk Scoring Matrix methodology
- Assess operational reliability and historical outage records
- Review environmental permits and grid interconnection compliance
- Evaluate data quality and identify risks
- Provide structured risk rating (Low/Medium/High)
- Contribute to Executive Summary and Board Brief
- Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial)
- 7+ years’ experience in asset assessment or technical due diligence
- Familiarity with UAE industrial regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Experience in M&A technical advisory
- Understanding of WHR systems and cement industry operations
- Ability to present findings to senior stakeholders
