We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with UAE experience to join our company in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage site activities efficiently.
Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules..
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress repatriate and lead cross- functional teams including engineers, subcontractors, site supervisors, and laborers
- Ensure the availability of required resources to avoid work delays.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, conduct site inspections, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, work permits, inspections, and material usage
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum UAE experience required
- Valid Municipality Card
- Indian nationality preferred
- Ability to join immediately
