Responsibilities
- Project Planning:
Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimates. - Schedule Management:
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using tools like Gantt charts and the Critical Path Method (CPM). - Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays and disruptions. - Progress Monitoring:
Track project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and propose corrective actions to keep the project on schedule. - Resource Coordination:
Ensure efficient allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials to support project activities. - Stakeholder Communication:
Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and other professionals to ensure alignment and cooperation. - Reporting:
Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations to management and clients. - Compliance:
Ensure that projects comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards. - Strong Knowledge of Primavera 6
