The AMIRAL project is a flagship petrochemicals expansion initiative by Total Energies and Saudi Aramco, integrated with their joint venture SATORP refinery in Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The project includes a mixed-feed steam cracker producing 3.5 MT/y of chemicals, high-value petrochemicals, HDPE units, and supporting utilities, storages, off-sites, and buildings. With a total CAPEX exceeding $10 billion and additional investments of $3 billion, the project spans 4.5 years and involves 100 million manhours and 25,000 workers at peak.
The PMT team, comprising 350 personnel, will oversee the execution of six EPCC packages, with operations based in Europe, Korea, and Saudi Arabia during the detailed engineering phase, followed by relocation to Jubail for construction, commissioning, and start-up activities.

10 to 15 years minimum experience in HSE, environment and an Engineering Degree
Experience in integrated projects and joint Venture organization or Refining and Chemicals operations
Fluent in English
