Job Description
• Manage technical lifecycle of cloud infrastructure technologies and services
• Design, engineer, plan, implement, operate and support cloud technologies
• Ensure technologies meet business requirements and comply with policies
• Provide documented operational processes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support
• Ensure optimum capacity and availability of technologies
• Manage and minimize risks within technologies
• Define and meet KPIs aligned with departmental goals
• Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and manage audit observations
• Implement security and OS patches promptly
• Provide 3rd level support for incident and problem management
• Collaborate with IT teams to deliver products and services
• Set clear and consistent performance objectives
