ART LINE WOODS IND. LLC is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating engineering projects, supporting project timelines, and ensuring effective communication between engineering, production, and management teams.

• Coordinate and monitor engineering projects from initiation to completion
• Support project scheduling, progress tracking, and deadline management
• Prepare, update, and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD
• Maintain engineering documentation and project records
• Communicate with engineers, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments
• Support budgeting, material tracking, and project reporting
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements
• Organize meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on action items

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field
• Previous experience in project coordination or engineering support roles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing modification
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Good understanding of engineering workflows and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
