Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules and plans.
* Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and identify any deviations.
* Prepare detailed planning reports, forecasts, and progress analyses for management review.
* Coordinate with various engineering disciplines, procurement, and construction teams to integrate schedules.
* Implement and ensure adherence to planning best practices and company procedures.
* Identify potential schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning within the oil, gas, or energy sector.
* Proficiency in industry-standard planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
