Key Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive project plans and detailed schedules for road and infrastructure projects.
* Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identify critical path activities, and report deviations.
* Prepare and update resource histograms, cash flow projections, and project cost control reports.
* Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and consultants to integrate planning activities.
* Analyze project risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
* Ensure all planning and scheduling activities comply with company standards and contractual requirements.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Planning Engineer on road and infrastructure projects.
* Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, processes, and industry best practices.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.## Benefits
