Aluminum Quantity Surveyor QS

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural and shop drawings for aluminum façade and glazing works.
• Use AutoCAD to measure and calculate quantities accurately.
• Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Prepare and issue quotations, tender pricing, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to obtain material pricing.
• Verify project specifications, system requirements, and scope details.
• Ensure quotations are aligned with project drawings and client requirements.
• Support management with value engineering and cost optimization proposals.
• Maintain records of pricing, project costs, and quotation history.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or estimation for aluminum façade or glazing works.
• Proficient AutoCAD skills for quantity take-off and drawing review.
• Experience in preparing BOQs, tenders, and quotations.
• Good understanding of aluminum profiles, glass accessories, and installation methods.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial skills.
• Office-based role with attention to detail and accuracy.
