Infrastructure Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure projects—including earthworks, utilities, and structures—leveraging specialist software and market data.
• Conduct thorough value engineering exercises, identifying cost‑saving opportunities without compromising project quality or functionality.
• Manage and evaluate subcontractor accounts, ensuring accurate payment applications and adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
• Analyze project progress, track variations, and prepare timely cost reports to inform stakeholders and facilitate proactive decision‑making.

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous.
• Holds professional certifications such as MRICS or equivalent, demonstrating commitment to industry standards.
• Demonstrates a minimum of five years of proven experience in infrastructure projects, with a focus on roads, bridges, or utilities.
• Exhibits strong knowledge of international standard forms of contract—including FIDIC—and their practical application.
