Sales Engineer – Heavy Fabricated Steel Structures

Drive sales and market share for fabricated steel structures, including ETP, STP, RO skids, platforms, piping, pressure vessels and various structural works by identifying opportunities, building client relationships with operators, EPCs, contractors and closing deals in the competitive oil, gas and water treatment sector.

• Identify opportunities, build client relationships with operators, EPCs and contractors, and close deals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed fabrication project targets.
• Acquire and prospect clients, generating new leads in upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas sectors.
• Cultivate strong long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers, procurement teams, engineering and project managers.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare detailed bids, estimates and presentations with the estimation team, and negotiate contract terms and pricing.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
• Track sales activities, manage CRM and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Experience working in a fabrication unit focused on heavy equipment fabrication.
• 2–4 years of UAE experience in the oil and gas sector.
• Sound knowledge of driving sales for fabricated steel structures such as skids, platforms, piping and pressure vessels.
• Confident and result‑oriented approach.
