Responsibilities
Develop review and maintain project schedules for all EPC phases Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and resource-loaded schedules Integrate EPC activities into a unified Master Schedule using Primavera
P6 or equivalent Monitor progress update schedules identify slippages and recommend recovery actions Perform Critical Path analysis risk assessments and what-if scenarios Generate S-curves look-ahead schedules histograms progress reports and delay analyses Coordinate with engineering procurement construction QA QC and subcontractors Contribute to Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance metrics Provide advanced Excel dashboards and planning tools to track KPIs Participate in progress meetings providing schedule updates and recovery strategies Perform schedule risk analysis to assess forecast reliability Ensure planning aligns with project governance and client requirements Prepare schedule narratives and technical reports for senior management.
- 10–15 years in Oil & Gas EPC projects; CDU/Refinery experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel-based reporting.
- Strong knowledge of EPC workflows, construction, and commissioning.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and in teams under tight deadlines.
