Senio proposal engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare comprehensive technical proposals for wastewater treatment projects, including process design, equipment selection, and scope of work.
• Analyze client specifications, tender documents, and project requirements to develop tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, procurement, and project management teams to gather necessary information and develop accurate proposals.
• Prepare cost estimates, pricing strategies, and commercial terms in coordination with the sales and finance departments.
• Ensure all proposals comply with local environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Respond to technical queries during the tendering process and participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Maintain a repository of standard documents, technical specifications, and previous proposals for efficient proposal development.
• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities and contributing to marketing materials.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends in wastewater treatment.
• Assist in contract negotiations and prepare post‑award documentation as required.

• Strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and industry standards.
• Experience with project cost estimation and tendering procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in proposal management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
