Senior Project Engineers

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EPC projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests effectively.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Supervise and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and project handover upon completion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in EPC projects within industrial or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Proven ability to handle large-scale, complex projects independently.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• PMP or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
