- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in mechanical BIM modeling, showcasing hands‑on expertise.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, essential for effective modeling and collaboration.
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred for a competitive edge in technical skills.
