Summary of experience:
Experience in the Gulf of more than 8 years as Steel Structural Fabrication Foreman in the field of fabrication, erection, welding activities and quality control, for various construction projects in steel structural fabrication and non‑structural metal works. Also performed static equipment erection and structural fabrication. Presently working in shop fabrication and field erection. Experience in various construction projects in Oil, Gas, Tower, mass housing, malls, and projects.

• Preparing and monitoring fabrication sequencing as per codes and standards during fabrication work, performed in accordance with the approved construction procedure, latest IFC drawings, specifications and correct materials.
• Performing the job according to fabrication drawings and project client specifications and also after completion of fit‑up, arranging for QC inspectors and third‑party inspectors according to approved ITP.
• Ensuring that all the fabrication/welding/erection related records such as cutting list, bill of materials, weld cards, consumables etc are properly archived, and cooperating with Safety and QA/QC inspectors by performing as per their recommendations.
• Having a working knowledge in gas and oil field with all kinds of fabrication and erection inspection techniques for various applicable standards.
• Fabrication and erection of structural steel fabrication, monitoring construction activities and schedule, weekly and monthly progress report, coordination with other disciplines and supervising field.
• Fabrication and erection of structural steel.
• Bill of Material (BOM) preparation for individual isometrics.
• Collecting jobs from the supervisor.
• Arrange proper toolbox talk.
• Checking the drawing, whether it needs any correction.
• Planning how to make the job more quickly.
• Planning how and where to do the jobs as per drawing.
• Allocating sufficient skilled and talented workers to jobs.
• Arrange proper materials and equipment for the workers.
• Checking the layout and marking correctly.
• Supervising maneuvering of materials by overhead crane without any accident.
• As soon as the job is done offering the job to quality control for approval.
• After the job is done giving the feedback to the Supervisor.
• Following the company HSE policy and obeying the safety rules.

• Hull preparation, assembling and erection.
