JOB OVERVIEW
The Planner (Forensic Analysis) blends project planning expertise with the ability to investigate delays, disruptions, and performance issues using forensic techniques.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of total experience in planning, scheduling, or project controls.
- Minimum 5 years of specialized experience in Forensic delay analysis, claims preparation, dispute resolution support.
- Airport, infrastructure, aviation, or large construction project experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, Aconex, Primavera P6 and contract management systems.
- Strong claims writing & narrative development
- Strong understanding of CPM logic and schedule integrity
- Forensic delay analysis techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple contractual matters.
- Strong attention to detail and record management.
- Practical understanding of construction project delivery and commercial exposure.
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and entitlement principles.
