ASIAN FALCONS ENGINEERING CONTRACTING L.L.C is looking for an experienced and results-driven MEP Project Manager to join our growing team in the UAE.

• Lead and manage all MEP activities throughout the project lifecycle from planning to handover
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and subcontractor performance
• Prepare and review project plans, technical submissions, shop drawings, RFIs, and progress reports
• Manage budgeting, cost control, procurement coordination, and project resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, HSE standards, and company policies
• Identify project risks and provide effective technical and operational solutions
• Attend project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 17+ years of UAE experience in MEP projects
• Strong background in high-rise, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, local authority regulations, and construction standards
• Ability to manage multiple project teams and deadlines efficiently

• Experience with SEWA / DEWA / Civil Defense coordination
• PMP certification is an advantage
