Orbit ISS is looking for an experienced Land Surveyor with at least 5+ years of professional experience in land, topographic, construction, and boundary surveys. The candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate field surveys, preparing survey reports, managing survey data, and supporting engineering and construction teams throughout project execution.

• Conduct land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
• Operate surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Levels.
• Collect, verify, and process survey data accurately.
• Establish control points and site benchmarks.
• Prepare survey drawings, maps, and reports.
• Support engineering and construction teams with survey information.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
• Maintain survey records and documentation.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying, construction surveying, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of surveying principles, coordinate systems, and mapping standards.
• Experience in handling survey equipment (Total Station/ GPS/GNSS).

• Candidate who's holding own visa is highly preferred as the requirement duration is for 1 to 2 months.
