Sales Engineer – Oil & Gas Fabrication

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oil & Gas fabrication sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth within the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth and market penetration for fabricated steel structures, including skids, platforms, piping systems, pressure vessels, ETP/STP units, RO skids, and other structural fabrication projects.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Water Treatment, EPC, and Industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including operators, EPC contractors, procurement teams, engineering managers, and project managers.
- Understand client requirements, review technical specifications and drawings, and propose tailored fabrication solutions.
- Collaborate with estimation and engineering teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Lead commercial negotiations and support contract finalization.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Work closely with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in sales of fabrication projects or heavy industrial equipment.
- Proven experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of fabricated steel structures, including:
- Pressure Vessels
- Pipe Spools and Piping Systems
- Structural Steel
- Skid Packages
- Platforms and Modules
- Water Treatment Equipment (ETP/STP/RO Systems)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Existing network within UAE Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
- Experience in tendering, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
- Strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities.
