Sales Engineer - Heavy Equipment Fabrication

Experience:

• Drive sales and market share for fabricated steel structures including skids, platforms, piping, pressure vessels and various structural works.
• Identify opportunities, build client relationships with operators, EPCs, contractors, and close deals in the competitive oil and gas and water treatment sector.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for fabrication projects.
• Prospect and generate new leads within upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas sectors.
• Cultivate strong, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers in procurement, engineering, project management and technical selling.
• Understand client needs, interpret technical drawings and specifications, present tailored solutions and achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare detailed bids, estimates and presentations, coordinate with estimation team and negotiate contract terms and pricing.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and industry developments for market intelligence.
• Track sales activities, manage CRM and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• 2‑5 years of experience in the oil and gas sector.
• Minimum 2+ years UAE experience, preferably in a fabrication unit focused on heavy equipment fabrication.
• Sound knowledge of fabricated steel structures such as skids, platforms, piping, pressure vessels and various structural works.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Engineering background.
