Asian Falcons Engineering Contracting LLC is a leading MEP contracting company based in Sharjah delivering high‑quality engineering and construction solutions across residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects throughout the UAE.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team and lead the successful delivery of major MEP projects.

• Lead and manage mechanical project execution from initiation through final handover.
• Review drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, material submittals, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, budget, and project schedules.
• Manage project resources, budgets, procurement activities, and supplier evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to achieve project objectives and timely project delivery.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and final project close‑out activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (UAE Attested).
• Minimum 12 years of UAE/GCC MEP experience.
• Strong experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering large‑scale MEP projects within the UAE.
• Excellent knowledge of local and international standards, including ASHRAE, NFPA, Civil Defense requirements and relevant authority regulations.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, budget control, and resource management.
• Experience in project execution, testing & commissioning, and project handover.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage site operations effectively.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

• Previous experience with MEP contracting companies in the UAE.
• Experience in high‑rise, residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in HVAC and Fire Fighting systems.
