Land surveyor

We are currently hiring a Land Surveyor for our company in Sharjah UAE. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who are proficient in English and seeking part-time employment without prior experience.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys and measurements to determine boundaries, topographical features, and other important information for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a valid biometric passport and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers and laser scanners.
• Collect data on land features and create accurate maps and drawings.
• Analyze survey data and prepare reports for clients or project managers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and contractors to ensure accurate placement of structures on the surveyed land.
• Maintain survey equipment and perform regular calibrations to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate surveying activities.
• Other duties as assigned by the project manager or supervisor.

• Indian national with a valid biometric passport.
• Fluent in English spoken and written.
• Degree or diploma in surveying or related field preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS is an asset.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.

$1400 per month.

Part‑time position with flexible working hours.
