Responsibilities
- Prepare HVAC design drawings, layouts, and detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Perform cooling and heating load calculations as per ASHRAE standards.
- Design ductwork, chilled water piping, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
- Coordinate HVAC services with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
- Prepare equipment schedules, duct sizing, and airflow calculations.
- Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and project specifications.
- Review and update drawings based on client and consultant comments.
- Assist in site coordination and technical support during project execution.
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Drafting.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HVAC drafting and design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE standards, HVAC design principles, and load calculation software.
- Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority requirements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
