Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed MEP project schedules ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design effectively.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential delays in MEP installation.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying deviations from the plan and recommending corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential for technical understanding.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP planning and project management, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or equivalent are highly desirable to demonstrate project management expertise.
- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing subcontractors effectively on-site.
