Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation operation and maintenance of marble processing machinery including saws, polishers and CNC machines ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all factory equipment utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and address potential issues before they cause breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems of processing equipment quickly diagnosing faults and executing effective solutions to restore functionality.
- Manage spare parts inventory for critical machinery ensuring availability of essential components and optimizing stock levels to support maintenance operations.
- Possesses a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Holds relevant certifications in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or specific machinery operation (e.g., PLC programming).
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in stone or marble processing.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical control systems common in marble factories.
