Responsibilities
- Lead Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging (UTG) inspection teams on marine vessels and offshore structures.
- Review vessel drawings, thickness measurement plans, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with surveyors, clients, and project managers.
- Prepare and review thickness measurement reports.
- Ensure compliance with IACS Class requirements and client specifications.
- Supervise inspection activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UTG Team Lead or Supervisor.
- Experience in marine vessel thickness gauging.
- Strong understanding of IACS class requirements and TM reporting.
- Ability to interpret vessel drawings and technical documentation.
- Leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel for projects.
- Recognized UTG/UT Level II certification.
- Marine inspection experience preferred.
- Technical diploma or engineering qualification will be an advantage.
