Associate Principal - Sustainability; Architectural

Are you passionate about creating sustainable, resilient, and future-ready communities? Khatib & Alami is looking for an experienced Associate Principal – Sustainability to join our growing team and lead the delivery of high-impact sustainability projects across the Middle East.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering
• Sustainability rating certification (LEED-AP (BD+C) or other specialty, PQP, etc.)
• Master’s Degree in Sustainability / Energy Engineering; PMP certification
• Knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering, and Planning Industry, particularly related to the sustainability field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior management and various departments
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to review energy modeling analysis reports
• Energy modeling experience a plus, particularly IES Quest
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other 3D software
• Proficiency in spoken and written English;
  Arabic is an advantage

• 12+ years of industry experience in the engineering industry

• 12+ years of experience in the engineering industry in a top-tier/multinational engineering consultancy firm
• Strong experience with sustainability and environmental design, and management.
