As a Graduate Civil Engineer at WSP, you will join one of the world’s leading engineering professional services consultancies, supporting key infrastructure and property projects across the UAE as part of our Building Structures team. This role is designed specifically for Emirati graduates, offering structured development, mentorship, and hands‑on project exposure.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing technical designs, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with multi‑disciplinary engineering teams across various stages of project life cycles.
  • Support project documentation and ensure quality and compliance with UAE codes and standards.
  • Learn and apply digital engineering tools (AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAFE, etc.).
  • Attend client and stakeholder meetings, supporting the preparation of technical deliverables.
  • Actively contribute to team discussions, problem‑solving, and creative design thinking.
Qualifications
  • UAE National (with a valid Family Book).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
  • Strong interest in one or more of the following:
    • Building Structures
    • Building Design & Architecture
    • Structural Analysis
    • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAFE, or similar is a plus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
