Manager - Refinery

Job location – Sharjah, UAE (On-site)

Salary up to 12,

• Oversee refinery operations and ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production performance.
• Manage daily production activities, monitor operational targets, and optimize plant performance.
• Supervise and control distillation processes, ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.
• Lead operations teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure effective workforce management.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, safety procedures, environmental requirements, and regulatory policies.
• Develop and implement safety initiatives, risk assessments, and continuous improvement programs.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify operational issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze production data, and support strategic improvement plans.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and support teams to ensure smooth refinery operations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or Petrochemical Engineering.
• Minimum 14 years of relevant refinery/petrochemical operations experience.
• Strong background in refinery operations, production monitoring, distillation processes, and HSE management.
• Proven experience in supervising production teams and achieving operational targets.
• Good knowledge of safety standards, process optimization, and regulatory compliance
