Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Implement energy management strategies to reduce consumption and enhance sustainability by leveraging data analysis and reporting tools.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and adherence to service level agreements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all facility operations, maintenance schedules, and compliance records for auditing purposes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in facility management or maintenance roles, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project execution.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP).
- Proven experience with building management systems (BMS) and energy management software, showcasing technical proficiency.
