Civil Project Engineer

Orbit International Survey Services LLC seeks a skilled Civil Project Engineer with a strong background in surveying operations and project execution. The ideal candidate should possess hands‑on experience with advanced survey tools and instruments such as Leica Trimble S5 and Total Station and demonstrate the ability to lead site‑based engineering works related to infrastructure, industrial and oil & gas projects.

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site surveys using Leica Trimble S5 and Total Station to collect accurate field data for project design and implementation.
• Interpret and analyze topographic as‑built and construction survey data.
• Coordinate with survey teams to ensure calibration and proper functioning of equipment.
• Prepare technical reports, layout drawings and survey maps for internal and client use.
• Work closely with CAD/GIS teams to convert survey data into design outputs.
• Review project specifications, drawings and BOQs to ensure accuracy of surveys and civil works.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and site supervisors to resolve on‑site engineering and survey‑related issues.
• Assist in cost estimation and material take‑off based on field data and designs.
• Ensure all surveying and civil engineering tasks are carried out in line with HSE standards and company policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in civil engineering with a strong focus on surveying tools and technologies.
• Proven field experience using Leica survey equipment, Trimble S5 and Total Station.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar drafting software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site management.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
