Responsibilities
- Lead complex land surveying projects ensuring adherence to local regulations and industry standards for accuracy and safety.
- Utilize advanced surveying technology including total stations and GPS to gather precise measurements for various types of land assessments.
- Conduct detailed land surveys and create comprehensive reports that integrate data analysis, mapping, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and planners to provide essential survey data that informs design and construction processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in surveying principles.
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is preferred, showcasing commitment to industry standards and ethics.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating a robust track record in land surveying and project management.
- Experience in managing large-scale surveying projects, highlighting leadership capabilities and project delivery success.
