Orbit International Survey Services LLC (Orbit ISS) is seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Supervisor with a strong background in Business Development and oil & gas industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise in inspection and auditing, along with proven capabilities in team supervision, client engagement, business development, and office setup/operational structuring.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise QA/QC and inspection teams across projects
- Establish and manage office setup, including operational processes, team coordination, and administrative structure
- Conduct and manage internal and external audits as a Lead Auditor
- Ensure compliance with international standards and client specifications
- Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and presentations
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the oil & gas sector
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support proposal preparation and project acquisition
- Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to team members
- Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas industry
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience in a senior supervisory role
- Strong background in QA/QC, inspection, and auditing
- Experience in business development and client engagement
- Experience in office setup and operations management
- Mandatory CSWIP, BGAS/NACE,Lead Auditor Certification
- Must have UAE driver's license
- Preferred Nationalities:
