Senior Mechanical Engineer

Lead the design and optimisation of precision loom components within our Frame-to-Frame system. You'll work alongside a world-class engineering team to push the boundaries of textile machinery performance.
Responsibilities- Design and optimise precision mechanical components for the F2F system
- Conduct FEA and tolerance analysis for high-speed loom applications
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams in India to ensure production feasibility
- Lead prototype testing and validation cycles for new product iterations
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards documentation
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering
- Expertise in precision component design for high-speed machinery
- Proficiency in Solid Works or equivalent CAD/CAE tools
- Strong understanding of materials science — metals, alloys, and surface treatments
- Experience with GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in textile machinery or precision manufacturing preferred
- Professional engineering certification is a plus
