GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor – Pre Contract to prepare accurate take-offs from tender drawings and specs, and assist in cost estimates.
The role requires hands-on Plan Swift experience, understanding of MEP systems and tender documents, and strong analytical and organizational skills; immediate joiners preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is mandatory and UAE experience is required.
