CAD Manager (Civil - Roads and Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced CAD Manager to lead CAD drafting operations for roads and infrastructure projects in the UAE
. The role will oversee CAD teams, drawing preparation, coordination, quality control, and compliance with project standards.

• Manage and supervise CAD draftsmen and drafting activities
• Prepare and review road, utility, drainage, and infrastructure drawings
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and CAD standards
• Coordinate drawings with engineering, site, planning, and QS teams
• Review consultant/client comments and ensure timely revisions
• Manage drawing registers, revisions, submissions, and approvals
• Prepare and review as-built drawings
• Maintain CAD standards, templates, and drawing procedures
• Provide technical guidance and support to the CAD team

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Drafting, or related field
• 10+ years of CAD/Drafting experience, with strong exposure to roads and infrastructure projects
• Proven experience managing/supervising CAD teams
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong knowledge of road, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure drawings
• UAE roads & infrastructure experience is highly preferred
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage
