HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to join our General Maintenance team in the UAE. The candidate will supervise and coordinate MEP maintenance works, handle site issues, coordinate technicians, and ensure building services are maintained safely and efficiently. Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day MEP maintenance activities at client sites
- Coordinate HVAC electrical plumbing and other MEP works
- Troubleshoot and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance
- Inspect MEP systems and identify technical issues
- Supervise technicians and assign daily maintenance tasks
- Coordinate with clients suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare maintenance reports and monitor work completion
- Ensure works comply with safety requirements and approved procedures
- Monitor materials tools and spare parts required for maintenance
- Attend emergency breakdowns and maintenance calls when required
Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or MEP Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant MEP maintenance experience, preferably in the UAE.
Experience in building maintenance/facilities management/general maintenance is preferred.
Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate MEP maintenance works.
Experience supervising technicians and managing site activities.
Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
Knowledge of UAE safety requirements and maintenance practices.
UAE driving licence is an advantage.
