Operations Manager (EPC ​/ Oil & Gas

Al Bahr Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee our EPC and Oil & Gas project operations.

• Lead and manage overall operations for EPC and Oil & Gas projects.
• Oversee project execution from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Fabrication, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project performance, resource utilization, productivity, and operational costs.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, contractual obligations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation and corrective actions.
• Support management in business planning, resource allocation, project reviews, and performance improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and manage project and operational teams to achieve business objectives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or senior management professional in the EPC and Oil & Gas industry is mandatory.
• Strong experience managing multiple EPC projects and large multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Fabrication, Project Management, and Site Operations

• Strong commercial, financial, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage project risks, operational challenges, schedules, and budgets effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC Oil & Gas and EPC market will be an advantage.
