To develop and coordinate detailed plumbing BIM models for building construction projects, ensuring accurate, clash-free coordination across all MEP disciplines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop 3D BIM models for plumbing systems including water supply, drainage and firefighting works.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination with mechanical, electrical and structural BIM models.
- Prepare and update coordinated shop drawings and installation drawings.
- Attend BIM coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts in a timely manner.
- Maintain model accuracy and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the technical and site teams with model-derived information for construction.
- 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in BIM modeling for plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks for clash detection.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing shop drawings and coordination drawings.
- Experience coordinating with mechanical, electrical and structural BIM teams.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related field.
