To develop and maintain MEP project schedules, tracking progress across mechanical, electrical and plumbing works to ensure timely project delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop baseline and detailed MEP construction schedules using Primavera P6.
- Track actual progress against planned schedules and highlight delays.
- Prepare progress reports, S-curves and look-ahead schedules for management review.
- Coordinate with site and technical teams to ensure schedule dependencies are captured.
- Support preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims where applicable.
- Maintain accurate planning documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- 6+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP planning.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of MEP construction sequencing and dependencies.
- Experience preparing progress reports, S-curves and look-ahead schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
