To provide technical support for mechanical (HVAC and plumbing) systems on building construction projects, from design review through to site execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Review mechanical shop drawings, material submittals and technical specifications.
- Prepare and respond to RFIs related to mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities on mechanical design queries and approvals.
- Support the procurement team in evaluating technical compliance of proposed materials.
- Liaise with site teams to resolve technical issues during installation.
- Maintain technical submittal registers and tracking logs.
- 6+ years UAE/GCC experience as a Technical Engineer – Mechanical.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals and RFIs.
- Ability to liaise with consultants, authorities and site teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
